知识经济时代 ,医院将发生下列变化 :医院发展模式 ,以知识与技术为基础 ,根据医院服务和社会需求的辩证关系 ,通过“知识管理” ,实现知识共享 ,增强应变与创新能力 ;医院经营方式进一步社会化 ,院内工作和院外工作两大系统有机的结合 ,服务方式多元化 ;医院资产的概念及其管理突破传统的、限于注重有形资产的概念和管理 ,无形资产的意义与价值上升为第一位。

In the age of knowledge economy, hospita will bring about the following changes: the model of hospital development, which is based on knowledge and techology and acts according to the dialectical relationship between hospital service and social demand, is to realize the sharing of knowledge through ″knowledge management ″and strengthen their flexibility and creative ability: the model of hospital is characterised by further socialization, combination of the two work systems in and out of hospital and pluralism of service models; the conception of hospital resources and their management, which is different from the traditional conception and management of visible resources, puts first place to the significance and value of invisible resources.
