医院病案首页上报与原始数据符合情况的调查分析

Survey on whether the reporting of first page of case records conforms to the original data

目的 :了解和掌握我区医院上报病案首页数据的准确程度 ,为各级卫生管理部门决策提供依据。方法 :采用分层抽样方法 ,对 7所医院 6 6 7份病案首页数据与原始病历数据进行调查复核。结果 :平均符合率达 87.6 % ,部分项目符合率低 ,仅为70 %。

Objective: Checking the accuracy of the reports of first page of case records in hospital in our region providing decision making fundation for the departments of health management. Methods:With the method of stratified sampling the original data of first pages of 667 case records in 7 hospitals were surveyed. Result: Average conforming rate is 87.6%, but that of some reports of items is as low as 70%.
