摘要 医疗服务持续性质量提高 (CQI) ,是以系统论为理论基础 ,对医疗服务系统进行持续的资料收集、系统检测和质量评估。着眼于提高服务环节质量 ,强调人人参与、顾客价值以及管理模式的改变 ,以提高医疗服务质量 ,降低医疗成本。目前在各国医院管理中已逐渐推广应用。本文通过综述CQI的历史与现状、应用原则、步骤与方法 ,为进一步提高医疗服务质量提供方法学依据。 Based on the theory of the system, continuous quality improvement(CQI) of medical service collects the data continuously systematically test and eveluate the quality, it emphasises on the quality improvement the participation of everyone, customers′ value and the change of management model. It’s purpose is quality improvement of medical services and cost reduction containment. Now it comes to be applied in the hospital management in many countries. This article describes the history and situation, the application principles, the process and methods of CQI in medical services, aiming at providing the foundation to improve the quality of medical services in our country.
