摘要
在胜红蓟定植后，喷施不同浓度的烯效唑，可明显提高植株的硝酸还原酶活性，增加叶绿素、蛋白质及核酸的含量，进而显著提高发根力，抑制其株高、减少叶面积、增加叶厚、增多花数。
Uniconazole with different concentrations is sprayed on the Ageratum conyzoides after it is planted can promote obviously the activity of NRA, increase the contents of chlorophyll, protein and nuclear acid. The resultis the rooting is distinctly improved the plant height is inhibited, the leaf area is decreased the leaf thickness and the number of the flowers are increased, and the ornamental va1ue is improved with the redder flowers and greener leaves. The excellent concertration of Uniconazole for spraying is 12.5 μg/g.
