加味保元汤对小鼠耐常压缺氧作用研究

The Effect of Baoyuan Liquor on Hypoxic Endurance of Mice in Normoxia

目的观察加味保元汤对小鼠耐常压缺氧的作用、方法20只小鼠随机等分为对照组和给药组，观察小鼠在常压耐缺氧条件下存活时间．结果两组比较，给药组存活时间明显延长（P＜0.05）．结论加昧保元扬有增强小鼠耐常压缺氧能力之功效．

Objective: study the effect of Baoyuan liquor on bypoxic endurance of mice in normoxia. Mcthod: Twenty mice were divided randomly into two gnoups-the groups of contrast and the groups of being administered the drug to observe the life-span of mice in normoxia conditions Results: Significantly lengthen the hyoxic endurance of mice by being administened the Baoyuan Iiquor in normoxia.
