摘要
This paper reported 100 cases of fetal macrosomy. The frequency of fetal macrosomia in prindpara seemed to have increased year by year, so did the morbidities, such as abnormal fetal position, shoulder dystocia and operative delivery, etc., in the delivery of fetal macrosomia. ln the management of labour with fetal macrosomia, it is advisable to widen appropriately the indications for laparotomy section. The reliability and feasibility of multiple parameters’ measurement of fetal body in predicting fetal weight were disacssed in the paper.
