计算机辅助施工（CAC）技术适应了施工项目实现现代化管理的迫切需要，必将成为施工企业实现缩短工期、降低成本、确保质量创优质工程、提高管理水平和经济效益的有力工具．但是，相对于工程设计领域计算机辅助设计（CAD）的已获大面积推广应用，计算机辅助施工（CAC）技术的应用则正处于起步阶段，在某种意义上讲，我国CAC技术的开发与应用，比工程设计CAD技术的应用更为困难．为了使我国施工企业能够在较短的时间内得到较快的发展，迅速赶上发达国家的先进水平，发展CAC技术迫在眉睫．本文从概、预算的编制、施工项目计划管理、施工成本管理和可视化技术的应用四方面阐述了CAC技术在建筑施工领域的应用及其所能带来的效益。

The CAC technique which fits the urgent needs of modern management in the projed of construction will borne a powerful tool in shortening the constructing time, reducing the cost, ensuring thequality of the building and enhancing both the level of mangement and the eoonomic benefit. Compared with the wide use of CAD technique in the field of engineering design, the application of the CAC technique is just at the beginning. In a sense, the deVelopment and application of the CAC technique is facing more difficulties than that of the CAD technique. In our coUntry. In ode to make our country's construction enterpr ise gain a fast progress and to narrow the gap between our country and the develops countries, develop ing CAC technique is very important and has a far-reaching sense.The following four aspects, the scheduling of the budget, planning management of the construction project,construction's cost management and the appliation of the visual technique illustrated in the paper. All of the above aspects show the CAC technique's prouding application in the field of architecture construction and the great benefit.
