氧氟沙星、糜蛋白酶腹腔灌注对术后腹腔粘连预防作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Preventive Effect of Peritoneal Adhesion Using ofloxacin and Chymotrypin

目的探讨氧氟沙星、糜蛋白酶腹腔灌注对污染手术后腹腔粘连的预防作用．方法家兔36只，随机分成模型组、预防组及对照组．制成污染手术后腹腔粘连模型，预防组腹腔灌注氧氟沙星12mg／kg，糜蛋白酶400u／kg，并以右旋糖研对照．结果预防组腹腔粘连程度较模型组、对照组显著减轻（P＜0．01）结论氧氟炒星、糜蛋白酶腹腔灌注对污染手术后腹腔粘连具有预防作用．

Objective To study the preventive effect of ofloxacin and chymotrypsin on post -operative peritoneal adhesion. Methods Thirty -six rabbits were divided at random into Model group, prevention grop and control group. After the models of peritoneal adhesion were made, the ofloxacin (12mg/kg) and chymotrypsin (400u/kg) were put into peritoneal cavity in prevention group, and the 6% dextran (D40) were put into peritoneal cavity in control group. Results the peritoneal adhesion decreased significantly in prevention group than that in model group or in control group (p<0.01).Conclusion it plays a preventive effect to peritoneal adhesion that ofloxacin and chymotrypsin were put into peritoneal cavity.
