摘要
在实验室通过浸渍法向工业平衡剂ZC-7300引入金属元素,增加其脱硫性能,浸渍液的pH对催化剂的脱硫性能、MAT活性及液体收率没有显著的影响。干燥过程中注意避免催化剂的结块变形及微裂现象。焙烧温度是影响催化剂脱硫效果的重要指标,随着焙烧温度的提高催化剂的脱硫效果逐渐降低。
Introduction through impregnation of metallic elements to desulfuriza tion catalysts enhanced it's performance.During the process of impregnation sol ution pH did not seriously affect the desulfurization result of the catalyst.In the drying process of the catalyst,much attention should be paid to maintain a mild temperature change to avoid aggregation and micro-breakage.Calcination t emperature was important to the desulfurization ability of catalyst,and with in crease in temperature the S content in gasoline decreased.
