摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了一系列磷钼杂多化合物催化剂,利用XRD、FTIR等方法对合成的催化剂的结构和性质进行了研究,考察了引入V、Cu、Sb、As的催化剂的异丁烷氧化反应的活性。同时考察了反应温度、空速、烷氧比等反应条件对反应活性的影响。实验表明,催化剂中引入V、Cu、Sb、As提高了异丁烷氧化反应的活性和甲基丙烯醛、甲基丙烯酸的选择性。
A series of heteropoly molybdophosphate catalysts for the select ive oxidation of isobutane,having Keggin heteropolyanion structure,were synthesiz ed by using co-precipitation method.Study of structure and properties of catalyst s were carried out with XRD and FTIR.Effect of introduction of VCuSbAs in t o the catalysts on catalytic activity were evaluated and effect of reaction cond itions: temperature,GHSV and molar ratio of alkane to oxygen in feed on react io n activity were investigated.Addition of VCuSbAs enhanced the reaction a c tivity of isobutane oxidation and selectivity to methylacrylic acid (MAA) and me thylacrolein (MAL).
