摘要
从30对SSR随机引物中筛选确定了能够清楚、稳定、准确的鉴别SC704亲本和杂交种的2对引物。用引物之一phi053对人为混杂有SC704亲本的杂交种进行纯度鉴定,结果准确无误。探讨并建立了一套应用分子标记SSR技术鉴定SC704玉米亲本及杂交种纯度的方法。与田间种植鉴定相比较,SSR技术用于检验玉米品种的纯度是可靠可行的。
Two pairs primers from thirty pairs of primers can identify distinctly the hybrid sC704 and its parents. Primer phi053 was selected for SSR identification with hybrid SC704 blending a few parents seeds. Correct and reliable result was gained. A rapid and accurate identification system of Hybrids SC704 and its parents was established. Comparing with cultivation verification,it is feasible and reliable that SSR was used to identify maize hybrid purity.
