苹果黑星病菌培养基的比较研究

Comparison Study of Culture Medium for Venturia inaequalis

分析了苹果黑星病菌在12种固定配方培养基和3种自配方改良培养基上的菌落生长量,结果表明,苹果叶汁培养基、苹果果汁培养基、麦芽浸渍物培养基、马铃薯蔗糖培养基、马铃薯葡萄糖培养基、马铃薯麦芽糖洋菜培养基及马铃薯蔗糖肉汤培养基的培养效果均较好,其中,苹果叶汁培养基和苹果果汁培养基的培养效果最好,马铃薯蔗糖培养基和马铃薯葡萄糖培养基与之无显著差异,且易配制,是比较理想的苹果黑星病菌培养基。

Colony growth of Venturia inadequacies on 12 fixed prescription culture media and 3 modified culture media was analyzed. Results showed that ALA, AFA, PDA, PSA, PMA, PSB were much better than others. ALA and AFA were the best ones among of them. There was no significant difference among ALA, AFA, PSA and PDA. At the same time, PSA and PDA were easier to make. They should be chosen as idea culture media for venturia inaequalis.
