摘要
分析容量分析法测定酱油中氨基酸态氮含量的测量不确定度的影响因素,建立数学模型,对各不确定度分量进行分析和计算,通过合成和扩展得到酱油中氨基酸态氮测定结果的扩展不确定度为0.014g/(100mL)。
The influencing factors of the uncertainty of measurement result for arnino nitrogen in sauce by volumetric analysis method( GB/T 5009. 39 - 1996) are discussed and modelled by mathematical expressions. The components of the uncertainty of measurement are analyzed and calculated, then the results are combined and expanded, thus the uncertainty of measurement result of amino nitrogen in sauce is 0. 014 g/( 100 mL).
