熔断电阻器化学沉积膜工艺的研究

A Research on the Technology of Chemistry Deposit Membrane of Fused Resistor

从熔断电阻器化学沉积膜的工艺原理、工艺过程到五种不同成膜液的配方,分析了不同的配方所形成的化学沉积膜的性质差异,指出影响熔断电阻器化学沉积膜工艺的主要因素有镀液的配方、PH值、温度及镀膜工艺等,从而为我们进一步研究熔断电阻器的化学沉积工艺,提高熔断电阻器的质量有一定的指导意义。

From the technology principle of fused resistor's chemistry deposit membrane, technology course to five kinds different plated liquid prescription, the author analyzes the nature difference of different prescription of chemistry deposit membrane, and points out the main factor of affecting fused chemistry deposit membrane technology, i. e. , plated liquid prescription, PH value, temperature& plated membrane etc. Furthermore, this paper also plays an important role in further research of chemistry deposit membrane technology of fused resistor and helps to improve the quality of fused resistor.
