摘要
2001年4月28日,九届全国人大常委会第二十一次会议通过了《婚姻法》修正案,在修正案中增设了离婚过错赔偿制度。该制度在立法中的规定过于原则。本文拟就离婚过错赔偿制度及施行的相关问题作一分析、探讨。
On April 28,2001,the revision bills of Law of Marriage has been passed by the 21st conference of the Standing Committee of the 9th National People's Congress,in which the payment system of divorce errors has been added.This system is more prinicipled in legislature.This article aims to analyse and explore this system and its other problems.
