我院工程应用型人才培养模式的构建

Cultivation mode for engineering application type talents in our university

根据福建工程学院目前实际状况,提出构建人才培养模式的依据,确定人才培养的目标及规格,分析工程应用型人才的素质、能力、知识结构,提出综合培养方案,并依此简要介绍与其相配套的学生综合素质测评环节及人才培养工作流程。

According to reality of Fujian University of Technology, the another put forard the accordance of construction mode of talent cultivation, destined the goal and standard of talent cultivation, analyzed the quality, ability, knowlege frame of engineering application talent, and provide dcomprehensive program of talent cultivation, and introduced briefly measuring link of the students comprehensive quality and work flow of talent cultivation.
