穿龙薯蓣根茎特征提取物的核磁共振图谱的研究

Studies on the Characteristic 1HNMR Spectra of Rhizoma of Dioscorea Nipponica

采用赵天增提取方法,做了和龙和汪清两个地区的野生穿龙薯蓣根茎特征提取物及地奥心血康胶囊核磁共振图谱,并计算了两地区的野生穿龙薯蓣根茎特征总提物的收率,采用液相法对相应的特征总提物和地奥心血康进行了成分的对比研究。结果表明:穿龙薯蓣(Dioscorea nipponica)和地奥心血康胶囊(黄山药Dioscoree panthaice为原料)的核磁图谱和液相谱类似,但和龙和汪清两个地区野生穿龙薯蓣根茎的特征提取物的核磁图谱和液相谱十分吻合,它们的特征提取物的收率不同。穿龙薯蓣根茎的核磁图谱存在其活性成分的特征吸收峰且重现性好,可作为鉴别穿龙著蓣根茎的相对标准图谱。

The general characteristic extracts were obtained by ZHAO Tian-zeng's method,the HNMR and liquid chromatogram spectra of the rhizome of Dioscorea nipponica in the two regions (Wang Qing and HeLong Courty in Jilin Province)and DiAoXinXueKang capsule which is extracted from Dioscorea panthaica were established. The HNMR spectra from the two regions are characteristic and repro-ducibility,which is similar with DiAoXinXueKang capsule,the quality of species was verdict with the yields of the charcteristic general extracts. The active component of the rhizome of Dioscorea nipponica in the two regions can be found on the HNMR spectra,thus the characteristic HNMR signals can be regards as relative Standard spectra in the identification of traditional chinese herbal medicines.
