Multimedia Overhead Projector and Intensive Reading of College English Teaching

本文分析了大学英语精读课的现状,基于建构主义学习理论,探讨了多媒体投影技术在大英精读课的应用,指出了多媒体投影大英精读课教学的优势及存在问题,并提出了其相应的改革策略。

Based on the constructivism theory, the current situation of teaching intensive reading of col-lege English with the assistance of multimedia overhead projector and its advantages and disadvantages were evaluated in detail. It concluded that the use of multimedia overhead projector in classrooms of teaching intensive reading, an extension of means for traditional English teaching, would be helpful to the strengthening language atmosphere and idea of student-centeredness, the strategies for how to im-prove this teaching methodology was also given.
