摘要
用不同浓度的硝酸铅(Pb^(2+))溶液分别处理洋葱根尖6h、18h、24h,通过常规染色体压片技术,观察到洋葱根尖细胞的有丝分裂随着浓度的增加和染毒时间的延长,细胞增殖率下降,并且出现了滞后染色体、染色体桥、微核等畸变现象。
