摘要
为了开发出一种通用的、规范化的和适用于配电重构的解析算法,该文提出了一个新颖的概念——最优匹配回路流,它可以应用于单相模型和三相模型。最优匹配回路流是从回路分析法和电路叠加原理推导而来的。基于这种概念本文开发出一种高效的重构算法,该算法可以同时处理经济和安全两个目标,是一种高效的解析算法,即可以应用于规划研究,也可以应用于实时控制。算法主要由两步构成:在第一步计算中合上所有联络开关:然后计算全网的最优匹配回路流以决定每个回路中最适合打开的开关。由于有些回路可能存在共同的支路集,所以有时会出现有多个被选中的开关存在于同一回路中的情况,为了解决该问题,文中提出了一个实用判据以决定开合顺序。经 过第一步的计算,得到了一个优化后的辐射状电网,为了进一步优化网络,文中提出了面向辐射电网的最优匹配回路流。它可以很好地模拟联络开关两端的局部负荷的转移。最后的数值算例表明本文提出的算法具有很高的效率和很好的鲁棒性,完全可以应用于实时控制。
In order to develop a general, canonical and analytical network reconfiguration method, a novel concept of optimal matching loop flow is introduced in this paper and used to reconfigure distribution network. The concept is based on loop-analysis and superimpose theorem in basic circuit theory. Based on this novel concept, an efficient algorithm proposed and it consists of two steps. At the first step, all the tie breakers are closed to form a meshed network and then an optimal matching loop flow is calculated to determine the breakers most suitably to be opened in each loop. Some times, more than one breaker maybe selected to be opened in the same loop. To solve this problem, an efficacious criterion is developed. After first step, the network is configured into radial structure again. To further optimize network, an optimal matching loop flow for radial network is also introduced at the second step. It simulates the operation of load transferring between the sides of opened breakers. Numerical tests show that this algorithm is efficient and robust.
