摘要
提出一种新颖的零电流零电压开关PWM Boost全桥交换器,超前管利用输出滤波电容的能量可以在很宽的负载范围内实现ZCS,滞后管可以在任何负载下实现ZVS。与ZCS PWM Boost全桥交换器相比,所提出的变换器没有电流占空比丢失的问题。该文详细分析该变换器的工作原理,参数设计原则,并通过一个480W的原理样机,验证分析结果。
A novel zero-current and zero-voltage-switching (ZCZVS) PWM Boost full-bridge converter is proposed. The leading switches realize zero-cunent-switching(ZCS) under wide load range using the energy of the output capacitor. The lagging switches realize zero-voltage-switching(ZVS) under any load. Compared with ZCS PWM Boost full-bridge converter, the proposed converter has no current duty loss. The operation principle is analyzed in details, the parameters design is also analyzed. A 480W prototype is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed converter. The experimental results are also vevealed in this paper.
