小麦籽粒总淀粉及支链淀粉含量的遗传分析 被引量:7

摘要 选用淀粉含量较低的重庆面包麦 (P1 )与淀粉含量较高的小麦品种宁麦 9号 (P2 )配制了P1 、P2 、F1 、F2 、B1 (F1 P1 )和B2 (F1 P2 ) 6个世代 ,测定了每个世代单株籽粒混合样品中总淀粉及支链淀粉含量 ,并进行了遗传分析 ,结果表明 :在F2分离世代中 ,淀粉含量呈现 3峰分布 ,支链淀粉含量呈现双峰分布 ;小麦籽粒淀粉含量受二对主基因和多基因控制 ,支链淀粉含量为一对主基因和多基因控制 ;对于该组合而言 ,按F2 3计算 ,淀粉含量主基因的遗传率为 6 8 85 % ,多基因的遗传率为 2 4 5 9% ,支链淀粉含量的主基因遗传率为 79 4 5 % ,多基因遗传率为 8 0 3%。 Inheritance analysis on starch and amylopectin contents in wheat grain with P 1(Chongqing bread wheat with lower starch content), P 2(Ningmai 9 with higher starch content), F 1(P 1/P 2),F 23 , B 12 (F 1/P 1),B 22 (F 1/P 2) indicated that distribution of starch contents in F 2 generation exhibited three peaks, while that of amylopectin exhibited two peaks. Starch contents of wheat grain were controlled by two major genes plus polygenes, and amylopectin contents was controlled by one major gene plus polygenes. Effects of the major genes on starch and amylopectin contents were mainly dominance and addition. For this special combination, based on F 23 inheritability of major genes and polygenes controlling starch content were 68 85% and 24 59%, respectively, and that of major genes and polygenes controlling amylopectin content were 79 45% and 8 03%, respectively, according to F 23 .
