摘要
目的 :制备芦荟维生素E乳膏并对其质量进行控制。方法 :采用水包油乳膏基质配制。用分光光度法测定芦荟多糖的含量。结果 :芦荟多糖含量测定中 ,吸收度与芦荟多糖的浓度呈良好线性关系。结论 :该制剂配伍合理 ,对皮肤无刺激性 ,质量可控 ,适合医院推广使用。
Objective: To prepare the aloe and vitamin E cream, whose quality was controlled. Method: The aloe and vitamine E cream was prepared by O/W cream. The content of aloe amylose was determined by spectrophotometric method. Result: In the determination of aloe content, the absorbency had good linear with the content of aloe cream. Conclusion: This preparation possesses such advantages as reasonable prescription, no stimulation to skin, easy control of the quality, it adapts to make the hospital preparation.
