摘要
介绍了基于网络技术的绝缘子在线监测及故障定位系统的设计。该系统能自动识别不同地区信号强度 ,采用GPRS与短消息切换完成远程数据传递 ,通过数据测量单元在线实时监测输电线路上绝缘子串的污秽特征量、温度、湿度、风速等数据 ,并将其传到监控中心 ,通过中心专家系统对绝缘子的污秽及老化状况做出正确的预测和评估 ,实现故障预警 ,并通过 GPS系统对故障点定位 。
The paper is concerned with an online monitoring expert system for insulators based on GPRS and GPS. The leakage current of each insulators and their environment parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, position and measuring time are all measured and sent to the monitoring center by GPRS, or by SMS when the GPRS signal is not satisfied. Concerned with weather forecast and the historic data, the pollution level of the insulators are analyzed by the expert system, so whether an insulator is working normally or not and where the faulted insulator is can be known.
