摘要
脉冲放电等离子体化学过程广泛用于处理气态污染物的研究 ,反应器的电极结构直接关系到放电等离子体的形成和放电能量的利用效率 ,研究电极结构可为脉冲放电等离子体化学过程的应用提供参考。用线 -板式脉冲放电等离子体的电极结构 ,正极性纳秒级脉冲高压电源供电 ,研究了线 -板电极间距、放电线相邻间距、电场中放电线的分布对放电特性的影响 ,得到放电线间距和线 -板电极间距的合适比例范围 。
The pulse discharge plasma chemical process (PPCP) has been extensively investigated to treat gaseous contaminants, and electrode configuration of a reactor is directly related to the formation of discharge plasma and the utilization efficiency of discharge energy, so it is necessary to make research on electrode configuration in order to provide reference for PPCP application. In this paper, the influence of factors such as wire to plate space, wire to wire space on discharge characteristics are investigated using positive nanosecond pulse generator, some experimental results had been obtained and discussed. The appropriate range of wire to wire space and wire to plate space had been gained, and streamer in this range consumes the most energy.
