介绍适用于电力工程建设项目监理的文件数据库管理系统的没计和实现情况.该软件功能齐全,包含了文件信息录入和编辑、文件的电子版本入库,报表制作、数据库检测、文件数据库的检索查询及电子文件浏览阅渎等常用的功能。设计思想先进、系统结构合理,功能齐全、实用性强、性能良好。在上海外高桥电厂二期工程监理部使用一年多,收到显著的效果。
The design suitable for the electric power construction project supervision document database management sys- tem was introduced together with the condition of realization.This software enjoys a complete function available with following frequently used functions such as document information recording and editing,entry of the electronic version of document into the database,tabulation,detection of database,retrieval and inquiry of the document database and the ex- ploring and reading of the electronic documents.The design idea of this software proves very advanced,with its system construction rational,functions complete,practicality strong and performance excellent.Significant effects have been at- tained during one year of usage in the phase Ⅱ Project Supervision Department of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant. This sofrware has passed the software appraisal conducted by Electric Power Project and Design General Institute of State Power in Dec.2001.
