摘要
针对ALSTOM公司制造的600MW汽轮发电机曾发生转子绕组匝间短路的情况,进行了解体检查及发电机转子绕组定位销更换与改进。分析了定位销在发电机转子绕组中的定位作用及受力情况,指出造成绕组匝间短路的原因是定位销设计不合理。介绍了改进型定位销的结构特点以及定位销更换工序。分析了检查中发现的转子绕组U型槽严重位移缺陷,给出"槽绝缘位移局部修补"的处理方案以及处理工序。
As the rotor winding of the 600 MW turbine-generator manufactured by ALSTHSOM company was liable to turn-to-turn short circuit, overall inspection was conducted after dismantling and the dowel pin of the generator was upgraded and replaced. The analysis concerning the positioning effect of the dowel pin in the generator winding and also the forces acting upon it demonstrated that the turn-to-turn short circuit of the winding was caused by the incorrect design of the dowel pin. The construction features of the improved dowel pin and also its replacement procedure was recommended. Moreover the serious displacement defect of the rotor winding U type slot revealed during the inspection was been analyzed. The treatment scheme named 'partial restoration of the slot insulation displacement' and the treatment procedure were suggested.
