摘要
国产125MW机组增容降耗改造中,锅炉负荷相应由400t/h增至420t/h,热控部分采用新华公司的XDPS-400控制系统,由于要倒风操作,制粉系统的自动难于投用,使得常规的基于单回路PID调节的磨煤机控制系统难于符合运行要求。为此,闵行发电厂与东南大学合作开发了中间储仓式乏气送粉钢球磨制粉系统自动控制系统,克服了常规控制存在的缺点。较详细地阐述了制粉系统控制方案和大小系统倒风顺控方案,为同类形机组增容改造,提供了借鉴经验。
During the capacity enhancing and consumption reduction retrofit of a home-made 125 MW generating unit the boiler output was increased from 400 t/h to 420 t/h. XDPS-400 control system of the New China Company has been adopted as the corresponding thermal control instrumentation. Due to the necessity of carrying out air switching operation, the automatic control of the milling system can not be put into use and the conventional single circuit PID regulating of the mill control system failed to meet the operation needs. Therefore Minhang Power Plant cooperating with South East University developed a new automatic control system for the PF bunker type tube ball-mill system with exhaust gas as conveyance medium,overcoming the defects existing in the conventional control system. The control scheme of the milling system and the sequential control scheme for the large and small scale air switching were described in detail together with the experiences enhancing retrofit of the similar type generating units.
