摘要
目的 :对白花牡丹进行化学成分的研究。方法 :溶剂萃取 ,色谱分离化学成分 ,波谱法鉴定其结构。结果 :从白花牡丹叶中分离得到 8个化合物 ,β 谷甾醇 (1) ,桐甾醇 (2 ) ,β 胡萝卜苷 (3) ,咖啡酸 (4) ,山柰酚 (5 ) ,5 ,4′ 二羟基山柰酚 7 O β 芸香苷 (6 ) ,acteoside(7) ,leucoseceptosideA(8)。结论 :化合物 7,8首次从白花牡丹中分离鉴定。
Objective: To separate and identify the constituents from clerodendron fragrans. Method: The constituents were isolated and purified with chromatographic methods, identified by NMR,MS,IR. Result: β-sitosterol(1), clerosterol(2), daucosterol(3), caffeic acid(4), kaempferol(5), 5,4′-dihydroxy-kaempferol-7- O -β-rutinoside(6), acteoside(7) and leucoseceptoside A(8), were isolated and identified. Conclusion: Compound 7 and 8 were identified for the first time from Clerodendron fragrans .
