WIt is critical to ensure the teacher education quality by means of systems construction. Therefore, it is especially important for us to begin to construct a set of quality assurance system for Chinese teacher education with the consideration of both foreign experiences and Chinese context. The paper has three characteristics. Firstly, a complete description is conducted on the system construction in other countries. Secondly, four essential systems for quality assurance are selected out of all the quality systems available. Thirdly, the author's basic point of view, i.e. there is positive influence between system construction and teacher education quality assurance, is implied in the whole article.
