摘要
通过ANSYS有限元软件分析了套管在非均匀外挤力作用下的大变形特征,定义了套管在非均匀外挤力作用下破坏的临界条件,得到了此时的临界非均匀外挤力。为了表征套管在非均匀外挤力作用下的强度特征,定义了套管的等效破坏载荷,分析了等效破坏载荷与壁厚、载荷不均匀度的关系,并给出了计算实例。
Based on the analysis of distortion features of casing under heterogeneous external pressure by the software of ANSYS, the critical heterogeneous external pressure is determined after defining the critical failure conditions under this condition. The equivalent failure loads are defined for describing the casing strengths under this condition. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the relation between the equivalent failure loads and thickness, heterogeneous degree of loads, and presents computation examples.
