从喷涂工艺、封闭、经济效益等方面对大颗粒尿素装置电缆桥架热喷涂铝防腐蚀技术进行了分析比较,说明热喷涂铝技术的应用具有一定的先进性,喷铝涂层并用环氧树脂涂料封闭所形成的复合涂层,其有效保护寿命可达30年。
The hot - spray aluminum corrosion protection technology for cable tray racks in urea plant is analyzed and compared in respect of spray process, sealing and economic benefits. The application of this technology is an effective way to control the corrosion. The composite coating of sprayed aluminum sealed by epoxy resin can provide protection for 30 years.
