摘要
通过对空分装置电加热炉失效炉体金相分析,阐明炉体失效是因设计结构不合理,导致炉体中部长期过热(推断在800℃以上),产生高温氧化腐蚀所致。通过降低设计出口温度,增加强化传热折流板,内置抛光不锈钢隔热屏等措施,使炉壁温度降低为80℃,从1998年改造至今,已安全运行5年。
The metallographic analysis of the failed electric heater body in the air separation unit reveals that the failure is the result of high - temperature oxidation corrosion from the long - term temperature run - off (estimated 800 t) of the middle section of the heater due to the improper design of the heater construction. The reduction of the heater outlet temperature and installation of reinforced heat - transfer baffles and internal polished stainless steel heat insulation etc have reduced the shell temperature of the heater by 80 ℃ . The heater has been running smoothly for 5 years since it was re - started up in 1998.
