摘要
目的 :分析降血糖药在同济医院的应用情况。方法 :调查同济医院 2 0 0 0年～ 2 0 0 2年该类药物的用量、品种 ,计算金额、DDDs。结果 :降糖药近 3年来总的用量在上升 ,品种增加 ,其中磺酰脲类药物的使用金额和DDDs总值均列第 1。结论 :降糖药的用药价格水平正逐步上升 。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the situation of antidiabetic drugs used in Tongji Hospital and to make objective evaluation. METHODS: To investigate the hypoglycemic drugs used in Tongji Hospital during the period 2000～2002 in respectively to quantities, kinds of drugs, calculate the sum of money of consumption and DDDs. RESULTS: In recent 3 years,the amount of consumption level is raising, the kinds of drugs are increasing. The antidiabetic drugs of sulfacarbamide had been the first one for its sum of money of consumption and DDDs. CONCLUSION: Total expenditure of antidiabetic drugs together with their price levels increased sharply during these years. Antidiabetic drug is a kind of common drug which has developmental future.
