摘要
针对新经济的时代特征 ,通过对中国企业的现状进行了观察和分析 ,认为国内企业没有积极应对的根本原因在于管理当局观念的落后及其对外来冲击的漠视 ,阐述了人本原理在现代企业管理中的重要性 ,探讨了人本管理的原则和方法。
Aiming at the feature of new economy era and in accordance with the observation and analyses of Chinese enterprises' situations, the paper reckons that why domestic enterprises didn't actively deal with the matters is because of the outdate view and the management authority's disregard of outer impacts. Moreover, the author expatiates the importance of the 'person-centered' theory in modern enterprises' management and discusses its principles and methods.
