摘要 从土壤中筛选分离到一株产γ 谷氨酰转肽酶的菌株 ,经生理生化特性鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌 (Bacillussubti lis)NX 2。产酶条件研究表明 ,葡萄糖是最佳的碳源 ,酵母膏为最佳氮源 ,当采用 1 5 %酵母膏 ,1 0 %玉米浆复合氮源 ,菌体产γ 谷氨酰转肽酶活力达到 3 2U mL。分析NX 2菌生长和产酶的进程 ,发现γ 谷氨酰转肽酶的合成与菌体生长是同步的。 Strain NX-2 which can produceγ-glutamyltranspeptidase (γ-GTP) was isolated from the soils and identified taxonomically as Bacillus subtilis. The conditions for enzyme formation of the strain were investigated. The suitable carbon source was glucose, the optimum nitrogen source was yeast extract,when 1.5% yeast extract and 1.0% corn steep liquor was added to the medium, 3.2U/mL ofγ-GTP activity was obtained. The investigation on time course of γ-GTP production by B. subtilis NX-2 showed that γ-GTP synthesis and cell growth was synchronous.
