环保型陶瓷/金属低温钎料的研究与开发

摘要 进行了陶瓷 /金属连接用低温钎料的研制。通过合金设计 ,提出了符合要求的钎料配方 ,经温度、润湿性、力学性能和抗腐蚀性的测定及金相分析 ,证明所提出的钎料符合要求 。 The work on the development of a low temperature lead free ceramic/metal brazing alloy was done. In order to meet the requirements of electronic industry development and environmental protection, it is imperative to develop a low temperature lead free brazing alloy. The alloy should have excellent brazing performance on a brazing temperature under 350℃ and no pollution to environment. The brazed joints should have a strength above 55 MPa and good resistance to air corrosion. Through alloy design, a brazing alloy satisfying the requirements was developed. The tests on temperature, wetness, mechanical performance and resistance to corrosion and the metallographic analysis indicated that the brazing alloy fulfilled all the requirements.
