复杂曲面零件电火花线切割加工技术研究

摘要 开发了能实现复杂曲面零件电火花线切割加工的多轴联动加工系统。阐明了系统的运动规律 ,通过计算机仿真和加工验证了数学模型的正确性。拓宽了电火花线切割加工的工艺范围 ,解决了复杂曲面零件的加工难题。 In this paper, the motion rules of multiple spindle linkage motion in machining complex ruled curved surfaces by WEDM was analyzed. According to the basic principles of the forming of ruled surface in spatial analytic geometry, the mathematical models of polar cutting system and five spindle linkage motion cutting system were established. The correctness of the mathematical models were proved by means of computer simulation. Whose correctness was verified by machining simple parts. The problem in cutting parts with complex surfaces and widen the range of processing complex surface was solved by WEDM. A foundation for CAD, CAPP, and CAM system in machining the parts with complex ruled surface was laid by WEDM.
