含裂纹曲轴的振动特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对曲轴因疲劳而导致在曲柄内拐角处容易出现斜向裂纹的问题 ,首先根据理论推导出含有斜向裂纹的空间梁单元的刚度矩阵 ,然后应用此裂纹单元 ,采用有限元法模拟分析含裂纹曲轴的振动特性。通过对一单缸实验型曲轴的模态分析和简谐响应分析 ,研究裂纹对曲轴振动特性的影响 。
