摘要
针对某自卸车前油气悬挂系统的结构和工作原理 ,建立其非线性数学模型 ,并利用该模型对油气悬挂工作特性进行了仿真研究 ,分析了初始充气体积和阻尼孔直径对其工作特性的影响。
Hydragas suspension is a new type suspension system including a damper and spring units. According to the structure and working elements of the front suspension of a dump truck, a nonlinear mathematical model of hydragas suspension was developed and its performance was simulated by the model. The paper analyzed the effect of the different initial gas volume and diameter of damper orifice on the suspension performance.
