摘要
采用双向对称翼型设计轴流泵叶轮 ,配合平面 S形布置的进出水流道组成双向抽水装置。通过不同的导叶及布置方式来适应泵站不同的正反向运行工况的要求。该装置只要改变电机的转向即能实现双向抽水 ,结构简单、运行管理方便。净扬程在 3m左右时 ,泵装置正向最高效率可达到 6 2 %~ 6 6 % ,反向装置效率可达到 5 5 %~ 6 2 % 。
A bidirectional pumping installation consists of a reversible axial flow impeller designed with symmetric airfoil shape and an ogee shape passageway in the horizontal. The demand of bidirectional operation condition can be satisfied by adjusting guide vane geometry as well as its location. The installation can easily pump water to the opposite direction only by reversing the impeller, which makes for simplifying the civil structure and operation. The highest efficiency approaches 62%~66% in positive direction and 55%~62% in negative direction when the net pumping lift is about 3 meters. The required NPSH(net positive suction head) is as much as the value of the traditional unilateral pumping installation.
