摘要
采用三维紊流数学模型对双向运行泵站的进水流道主要参数 ,根据目标函数进行优化水力设计 ,确定最佳参数值 ;同时进行模型试验 ,将优化参数与水泵装置的外特性进行对比 ,得出水泵进口 (进水流道出口 )流速不均匀度及水泵入口角与装置效率之间的关系。针对具体泵站推荐了主要参数 ,试验结果表明装置效率有明显改善 。
According to two objective functions, the major parameters of a dual directional inlet passage was designed optimally by numerical analysis of 3D κε turbulent models. Meanwhile, a series of experiments for various model systems was made in a high precise test stand in order to compare various parameters with performances of relative model systems. The relationships between the uniformities of velocity distributions and maximum efficiencies of pump systems were achieved to guide similar designs for dual directional inlet passages. Finally, the major geometrical parameters, including the clearance of bottom floor, the width of inlet passage and the diameter of bell mouth, were recommended for a large scale pumping station, and a model test was conducted. The results of the test showed that a higher efficiency was gained than that before optimizing hydraulic design.
