摘要
为解决低比转数排污泵易过载而烧毁电机的问题 ,对无过载排污泵理论进行了研究 ,从叶轮出口速度三角形、泵基本方程、轴功率方程和两相流理论出发 ,提出了以降低泵的最大输入功率为目标的优化模型 ,推导出最大轴功率 Pmax及其流量 QPmax的计算公式 ,详细讨论了无过载排污泵水力设计中的一些经验公式及参数 ,如叶轮进口直径 D0 、叶片数 Z、叶轮外径 D2 、叶片出口宽度 b2 及叶片出口角β2 等 ,并给出了设计实例 。
A theoretical research was conducted on non overload sewage pumps to solve the problem of frequent breakdown of motors from overload in the low specific speed sewage pumps. Based on the impeller velocity triangle, pump fundamental equation, brake horsepower equation and two phase flow theory, an optimizing model from the point of view of reducing the maximum input power, the calculation formulae of maximum brake horsepower P max and its flow rate Q P max are derived. The empirical formulae and geometrical parameters for a non overload sewage pump design were designed in detail, including impeller inlet diameter D 0, vane numbers Z , impeller discharge diameter D 2, impeller outlet width b 2 and blade discharge angle β 2, etc. and a design example was also given.
