摘要
目的 :观察地氟烷吸入麻醉对肿瘤患者血浆APO 1/Fas (sAPO 1/Fas)和细胞因子如肿瘤坏死因子 α (TNF α)、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)水平的影响。方法 :择期胸部肿瘤手术患者 2 8例 ,美国麻醉医师协会 (ASA)分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级。麻醉诱导后气管插管 ,观察地氟烷浓度达肺泡气最低有效浓度 (MAC)的 0 5 ,1 0倍时对sAPO 1/Fas和TNF α ,VEGF水平的影响。结果 :麻醉诱导后 ,sAPO 1/Fas和TNF α,VEGF水平明显降低 ;吸入地氟烷后 ,sAPO 1/Fas和TNF α ,VEGF水平进一步降低 ;随地氟烷吸入浓度的增加 ,sAPO 1/Fas和TNF α,VEGF水平降低更明显。结论 :地氟烷吸入能降低肿瘤手术患者sAPO 1/Fas和TNF α,VEGF水平 ,表明地氟烷具有影响细胞凋亡和肿瘤生长的作用。
AIM:To investigate the effect of desflurane on plasma APO 1/Fas and cytokine such as tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels METHODS:Twenty eight American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients with chest tumor,scheduled for elective chest surgery,were studied The levels of plasma APO 1/Fas and plasma TNF α,VEGF were measured before anesthesia as a basal level,after intubation,during the inhalation of desflurane at 0 5,1 0 minimal alveolar concentration (MAC) respectively RESULTS:Compared with basal level,the levels of plasma APO 1/Fas and TNF α,VEGF were significantly decreased after inducation and progressively decreased after inhalation of desflurane CONCLUSION:Desflurane has effect of lowering plasma APO 1/Fas and TNF α,VEGF in patients with tumor It would imply that desflurane possibly influences the course of the apoptosis,transfer and growth of tumor
