摘要
目的 :建立测定血清中替诺昔康 (TNX)浓度的HPLC法。方法 :色谱条件 :KR10 0 C8色谱柱 ,流动相为含 5mmol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠的磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH =2 8) 乙腈 ( 6 5∶35 ,V/V) ,流速 1mL·min-1,测定波长 35 5nm ,内标为吡罗昔康 ,以TNX与内标的峰高比定量。结果 :线性范围为 0 0 5~ 10mg·L-1,具有良好的线性关系 ,日内、日间RSD均 <10 % ,相对回收率 >90 %。结论 :该方法简便、快速 ,灵敏度和准确度较高 ,无干扰。
AIM:To establish the reversed phase HPLC method for the analysis of tenoxicam(TNX) in serum METHODS:The KR100 C 8 column was used to detect the concentration of TNX The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of phosphate buffer saline(pH=2 8,which was added 5 mmol·L -1 sodium 1 heptanesulfonate)/acetonitrile (V/V,65/35) The flow rate was 1 0 mL·min -1 The detector wavelength was 355 nm The internal standard was piroxicam RESULTS:A good linearity was obtained within the range of 0 05 10 mg·L -1 of TNX with r= 0 999 7 The RSD of intra day and inter day variation of TNX were less than 10% The relative recovery of the method was more than 80% CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and efficient for determination of TNX in serum
