摘要
研究不同大小唐菖蒲子球生理生化性状的差异 ,选用栽培品种‘Traderhorn’和‘AdvancedRed’为试材 ,将新收获的子球按直径分为 4级 ,测定不同级别子球可溶性蛋白质、总糖、淀粉的含量和SOD活性。结果表明 :2品种Ⅰ级子球可溶性蛋白质含量均显著高于其他各级别子球 ;不同级别子球总糖和淀粉含量变化无明显规律 ;SOD活性随子球直径的减小明显升高。
Two cultivars of Gladifourlus, ‘Traderhorn’ and ‘Advanced Red’ were used in this experiment. The harvested cormels were divided into four groups in diameter. The content of soluble protein, total sugar, starch and SOD activity in cormels were tested. The results showed that the soluble protein content of cormels in grade Ⅰ(>1.0cm)was the highest and significant different from other groups. The changes in total sugar and starch content were obviouly iuregular within different size. The activity of SOD increased with the decreasing of cormel size.
