日粮不同ω-3/ω-6 PUFA对产蛋鸡脾脏组织白介素2水平及γ干扰素基因表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 选用 6 0只 4 0周龄的产蛋鸡研究在日粮中添加多不饱和脂肪酸 (PUFA)比例对产蛋鸡脾脏组织白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )水平、单核细胞膜脂质脂肪酸组成以及γ 干扰素 (IFN γ)基因表达的影响。结果表明脾脏IL 2水平随着日粮中n 3/n 6比值的下降显著增加 (P <0 .10 )。脾脏单核细胞膜脂肪酸组成和比例能够反映日粮PUFA的组成和比例。脾脏组织IFN γ的mRNA表达量受到日粮中PUFA比例的影响 ,高比例n 3/n 6日粮能够降低IFN γ的mRNA表达量。日粮不同PUFA比例有可能通过改变细胞因子基因表达以及免疫细胞膜脂质脂肪酸组成对机体的免疫功能产生影响。 Sixty 40-week old laying hens were used to study the effect of dietary different ratio of ω-3/ω-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid on Interleukin-2 Level, splenocyte membrane fatty acid composition and IFN-γ gene expression level in spleen of layers. Results showed that IL-2 level in spleen of laying hens fed diet with high n-3/n-6 PUFA ratio was lower (P<0.10) than in laying hens fed with low n-3/n-6 PUFA ratio. Splenocyte membrane fatty acid composition was affected by dietary PUFA composition. High n-3/n-6 PUFA ratio decreased spleen IFN-γ mRNA level. These results suggest that different PUFA ratio modulate immune responses via influencing cytokine mRNA level and splenocyte membrane fatty acid composition.
