鸸鹋与火鸡和公鸡对饲料纤维消化性能的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 使用 5月龄和 7月龄的鸸鹋和火鸡及成年公鸡比较了饲料纤维成分的消化性能在月龄及 3种动物之间的差异。结果 :1)鸸鹋对粗纤维 (CF)、酸性洗涤纤维 (ADF)及中性洗涤纤维 (NDF)的采食量、排泄量及消化量在各月龄段都显著大于火鸡和公鸡 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2 ) 5月龄时的鸸鹋对CF和ADF的消化率有高于火鸡和鸡的趋势 ,并在 7月龄表现出了显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;3)鸸鹋的NDF消化率在 2个月龄段都显著高于火鸡和公鸡 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;4 )鸸鹋对CF、ADF及NDF的消化率因月龄的增加而显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。本研究结果表明 ,所有试验动物在各月龄段对各种纤维组分均有不同程度的消化 ,但鸸鹋对CF、ADF及NDF的消化能力 ,不论是消化量还是消化率都高于火鸡和公鸡 ,特别是月龄的增加能显著提高鸸鹋对这 3种纤维组分的消化能力 (P <0 .0 5 )。 The study compared the difference of digestiveon performance on dietary fibers in 5 and 7-month old Emus, the same old Turkeys and adult Cocks. The results showed that 1) the intakes, excretion and digestion of crude fiber (CF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) in Emus were higher than that in Turkeys and Cocks (P<0.05); 2) digestibility of CF and ADF tended to become higher in Emus at 5-month old than in Turkeys and Cocks, but this tendency became significances (P<0.05) at 7-month old; 3) compared with Cocks and Turkeys, NDF digestibility of Emus was significantly higher at 5 and 7-month old (P<0.05); 4) digestibility of CF, ADF and NDF in the Emus increased significantly according to the increase in age(P<0.05). It is concluded that all trial animals were able to digest different fibers although the degrees differed, and the digestive capability over the fibers of Emus is higher than of Cocks and Turkeys at digestion or digestibility, especially, this capability of Emus is greatly increased by increase in age.
