A Studyon the Management and Utilization of the Information of SARS Diagnosis and Treatment

目的:永久保存小汤山SARS病案,为人类战胜SARS提供科学研究信息。内容:(1)小汤山医院SARS诊疗信息存储;(2)信息质量管理与控制;(3)建立SARS诊疗数据库和档案查询系统;(4)SARS诊疗信息统计分析。结果:制定小汤山医院SARS病案信息档案管理方案和管理模式,建立SARS诊疗信息数据库,开发SARS诊疗信息展示与查询系统,实现SARS诊疗信息保证和为临床科研的信息利用。结论:SARS诊疗信息数据库是SARS防治研究的重要技术平台。

Aim Keep the medical records of SARS in Xi aotangshan Hospital ,to provide information of scientific research about SARS so as to finally overcome i t.Contents(1)Save the SARS diagnostic informatio n in Xiaotangshan Hospital ;(2)Management and control over the qual ity of information;(3)Establish data bank of SARS diagnosi s and treatment and its index system;(4)Conduct statistical analysis of the diagnostic and treatment data.Results Work out SARS medical record management plan and model in Xiaotan gshan Hospital ,set up data bank for SARS diagnosis an d treatment.Develop infor-mation exhibition and inquiry syste m for SARS diagnosis and treatment ,in order to realize the information q uality assurance and information utilization for sci entific research.Conclusion The establishment of data bank of SAR S diagnosis and treat-ment will provide important platfor m for the research work of SARS prevention and treatment.
