摘要
目的 观察黄精口服液对血管性痴呆大鼠的干预效果。方法 采用永久性结扎双侧颈总动脉法建立血管性痴呆动物模型,应用Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力。结果 术后3.5个月(给药2.5个月)痴呆+黄精口服液组大鼠平均逃避潜伏期较血管性痴呆组和痴呆+生理盐水组大鼠明显缩短。结论 黄精口服液可改善血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力。
Objective To observe the effect of polygonatum oral liquid on the ability of learning and memory of the rats with vascular dementia. Methods The animal models were produced by permanent occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries of rats . The ability of learning and memory of the rats were tested by Morris water maze. Results The average escape latency of vascular dementia rats treated by polygonatum oral liquid was significantly shorter than those untreated or treated by normal saline. Conclusion Polygonatum oral liquid can improve the ability of learning and memory of the rats with vascular dementia.
